overview
eHealth is an online platform that that helps senior citizens purchase healthcare online. The platform allows its users to build a profile, and it uses that profile to connect them with the best healthcare options for them.

eHealth hired us to help make their internal and external-facing marketing presentations stronger and more useful.

a. challenge/constraint
Regal brought us on to help them find partners as they launched some new entertainment initiative. Those initiatives were in very early stages of development, so we had the challenge of finding a larger-scale partnership opportunity that included currently available assets but could also scale as some of Regal’s new entertainment offerings came online.
b. creative strategy
I constructed a new outline based on their deck, pulling out key statistics and breaking down the clear steps of the narrative. I turned the data into infographics to make it more clear and easy to follow. On top of that, I created a friendly visual aesthetic to run throughout the presentation.

This went beyond presentation redesign — it wass a full storytelling overhaul that required me to fully understand their business model and then communicate it better than they could.
b1. storytelling design - partners
This deck has a bright and colorful visual identity that clearly lays out the story of eHealth’s brand and breaks it into 4 distinct sections. Each section has its own focus and color scheme but the visual style is consistent. The pages stand on their own, but work even better when used by someone on a pitch.
b2. storytelling design - technology
eHealth allows its partners to use it as a white label service and has many different API integrations. It’s a versatile system but it’s also very complicated. The original document they used to explain it really didn’t do the job. It was not well laid out and it used a lot of out-of-context screenshots.

I revamped it, putting the screenshots into context and using some of the new visual style I had created to make a clean, clear, and easy to follow API integration story.
c. result
When eHealth representatives began using the new materials, they had more productive calls, which allowed their team to focus more on getting potential new clients to understand faster rather than spending extra time on follow-up and clarification questions.
